the file is not the body
A durational audio visual installation and participatory living archive
This immersive installation explores the dissonance between medical documentation and lived experience. My lifelong medical records become the physical, sonic, and conceptual foundation of the space. Visitors are invited to witness, reflect, and contribute to a living archive of invisible illness, disability, identity, and the power dynamics of care.
The installation challenges the authority of clinical language and centres personal knowledge of the body.
