Sirens re-commissioned for Journey’s Festival, Leicester October 10th to 12th 2025!
Sirens: songs of sisterhood
In collaboration with Femina Polish Centre for women
A celebration of the voices and stories of migration from Poland to England. A blend of story, song and gentle advice, this new version, created especially for Journey’s Festival Leicester, invites audiences to listen deeply to shared histories and to witness the power of women’s collective memory.
Through sound, movement, and light, Sirens weaves together echoes of the past and hopes for the future, a chorus of belonging that transcends borders, generations, and language.
With thanks to ArtReach for commissioning this re-imagined version and to the incredible women of Femina, whose voices and wisdom inhabit the stones.
